LOVELY CONFUSION

                                 

Beneath the sand, was the still land,

Slow did move the breeze over water,

and the aisle was silent away a quarter. 

Serene was the church, by the sea,

when she tried touching the waves by her feet,

"You can jump in, I am here", whispered his voice in her ears,

gazing at his eyes she did reply,

"You wont be there for my years"..

Looking at the sea, he took a long breath,

sat on his knees and asked for her hand.

Perplexed about the moment, she got on her nerves,

asked him, "Why do you do this when you don't mean, but make me fall for you more lean?"

amidst the music of nonchalant waves and the beautiful sunset scene,

Queried he," Can i be yours with no questions and complexities?"

"I can sublime in the dark with least of your answers,

but the inevitability is "Are you mine'?" was her reply within.

Least did they know already,

the confusion was 'Love',

that was exchanged through their gazes,

that kept them intact in their ages!
